Our dedicated builders, Finesse, have been working tirelessly to ensure the completion of Super Lots 12 and 9, which are right on track for finishing next month. As a significant milestone, these homes will soon receive their Code Compliance Certificates from the Council, assuring our purchasers of their quality and compliance.

We are also excited to announce that landscaping work will commence shortly, undertaken by Ace Landscapes. Many of you may already be familiar with their exceptional work from our previous development, Kotuitui Stage 1 & 2. Their expertise and attention to detail will enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and create an inviting environment for residents to enjoy.

Progress is also evident on Super Lot 8, with cladding steadily going up, while Super Lot 10 is now taking shape with the framing well underway. These advancements mark significant milestones in the construction process, bringing us closer to the realisation of our vision for Wirihana.
